We are seeking energetic and dynamic individuals to join our Operations team. As an Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads. This role requires good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Responsible for answering Inbound and Outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. • Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects • Answering customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues • Most importantly, ability to retrieve information from the customers. • Documenting gathered information accurately. • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. • Ensuring customers have a positive experience, and building a positive company image.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age group between 18-32 years.

• Excellent verbal communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Basic computer skills • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
