Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional inbound voice processing services.
  
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient call handling, issue resolution, and quality standards meet targets.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile :

• 5-9 years of experience in BPO customer service or similar industry.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
  
• Strong understanding of Service Delivery Management principles and practices.

• Designation : Senior Team Leader
• Role : Handling Customer Service Team
• Shift Timing : Female : 7 to 8:30 pm (Any 9.30 hrs) Male :7 to 12:30 pm (Any 9.30 hrs)+(night shift)
• Week-Off : 2 Rotational Week-off
• Salary : Upto 8.5 LPA
