Job Responsibilities Front-End Compliance Advisor

1. Serve as a Front-End Compliance Advisor for key account management, client coordination, engagement, payment follow-ups, and collections.
2. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for document collection and coordination with the backend accounting team for:
• Startup Registration
• Ledger Accounting
• Payroll Processing
• Company Act Compliance & Returns
• Intellectual Property & Trademark Registration
• Professional Tax Returns
• GST Compliance & Returns
• Income Tax Returns
3. Handle client requests efficiently, resolving queries over phone calls and ensuring smooth coordination.
4. This is a desk-based, system-driven role focused on client coordination (not a field job).
5. This is not a hardcore sales or lead generation role but involves client communication for:
• Relationship management
• Payment follow-ups
• Service & subscription renewals (upselling & cross-selling opportunities)
