Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and target markets through market analysis and lead generation techniques. Proactively reach out to prospects, build relationships, and convert leads into successful business deals.
Develop and execute business development strategies: Create and implement comprehensive business development strategies and plans to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and ensure effective execution of strategies.
Build and maintain client relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and meetings. Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead the sales process: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and ensure successful project implementation.
Market intelligence and competitor analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our competitive position and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.

Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales roles, preferably within a software industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques, with experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Analytical mind-set with the ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends and opportunities.
