job description We are looking for a Tele Caller for our Skill Development Program. ID Tech Solutions upholds ethical business practices and emphasizes holistic growth by enhancing employee skills. To bridge the skill gap in the job market, the company launched the Skill Development Program to train and provide employment for underprivileged youth. This initiative focuses on job-oriented training, innovative methodologies, and effective employment linkages. With a vision to empower 100,000 youths in the next decade, the program aims to mainstream marginalized individuals into the workforce. Roles & Responsibilities: • Initiate calls gather feedback on products/services. • Listen to their concerns and provide accurate information as needed. • Record feedback and maintain detailed up-to-date data in the system. • Resolve any queries or issues raised, and escalate them to the appropriate department if necessary. • Meet daily/weekly targets for feedback collection and interactions. • Ensure a high level of satisfaction by handling calls professionally and courteously. • Provide periodic reports. Desired Candidate Profile: • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). • Proven experience in tele calling, customer service, or a related field is a plus. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities. • Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry. • Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail. • Ability to handle calls in a calm and professional manner. • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
