Job Title - Executive - Call Center

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly energetic and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Educate callers about the facilities offered by our Home Healthcare services.
• Transfer calls to the correct extension and ensure proper diversion when needed.
• Handle emergency codes (e.g., code blue, bomb threat).
• Maintain and update the Customer Feedback Tracker and other reports.
• Ensure VIP list updates and track staff deputed to Homecare Services.
• Manage IVR calls and coordinate patient requirements.
• Maintain daily census reports and web queries.
• Prepare and submit daily handover reports to the Head of Department (HOD).

Key Performance Indicators:

• Call Pick-up Rate: Less than 4 rings
• Customer Satisfaction Score: Above 90%
• Accuracy in reports, MIS, and handover documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduation (Any discipline)
• Experience: 0-5 year in healthcare, service industry, or BPO

• Technical Skills:
• Telephone etiquette
• Ability to modulate voice patterns
• Strong communication skills
• Behavioral Skills:
• Effective listening skills
• Patience and high energy levels
• Language Proficiency:
• English & Hindi (mandatory)
