The ideal candidate will possess strong B2B sales experience, with a keen understanding of customer needs and a passion for identifying opportunities, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. Roles & Responsibilities: Opportunity Development & Qualification: Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential customers and understanding their needs. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Target key decision-makers within prospective client organizations, building a robust pipeline through cold calls, email outreach, and networking events. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer engagement throughout the sales cycle. Needs Analysis & Solution Tailoring: Thoroughly understand client requirements, and present Paysquare offerings in a way that adds value to their business and meets their needs. Product & Service Promotion: Represent Paysquares products and services at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events, generating interest and cultivating relationships with potential clients. Proposal Creation & Negotiation: Prepare and submit RFPs, commercial proposals, and pricing quotations. Follow up on submissions, engage in negotiations, and finalize agreements to close business. Sales CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline progress, and forecasts using the companys CRM tool. Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, including both revenue and pipeline development goals. Market Awareness & Growth Strategy: Stay informed about market trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape to effectively position Paysquares offerings and identify areas of growth. Skills and Competencies: Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and influence decision-makers. Goal-Oriented & Independent: Self-starter with a goal-oriented mind-set, capable of working autonomously to achieve objectives and close deals. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster and maintain lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Sales Expertise: Proven experience in generating leads and driving business development in a B2B environment, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Presentation Skills: Comfortable with delivering compelling presentations, both online and in-person, to potential clients. Adaptability & Team Player: A flexible, adaptable individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to take on varied responsibilities to support the team. Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring that client information and sales processes are meticulously managed. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly. Requirements: Experience: At least 1+ years of B2B sales experience in a similar role, preferably within the HRMS, SaaS, or technology sectors. A consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is a must. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HRMS software applications or related products is a plus.
