Role & responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests via online chat in a professional and efficient manner.
• Resolution Focused: Provide prompt and accurate information to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of all customer inquiries.
• Product/Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the companys products, services, policies, and procedures to provide the best solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with Team: Work with other team members to share knowledge and improve processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Freshers or 0-6 months of experience in customer service (preferably in chat support or non-voice processes).
• Skills: Excellent communication skills with a good command of written English.
• Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 30-35 WPM with high accuracy.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to understand customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure that every interaction is logged and issues are followed through to resolution.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Availability for Rotational Shifts: Must be flexible to work in night shifts (if required) and on weekends.
