Walk-in drive for Non-IT Recruiter / Sourcer (6-Month Contract)

Role & responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for large-scale customer support positions (call center, help desk, etc.)
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and managing candidate offers.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific customer support role requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment pipelines and track candidate status in the ATS.
  Conduct initial phone screens, interview scheduling, and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
  
  Contract Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Proven experience in bulk hiring for customer support or similar non-IT roles.
• Strong ability to source and recruit high volumes of candidates in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet hiring targets.
• It will be a Work from office role.
