We are looking to engage with "AM-Operations/Ops Support Executive".

Mandatory Requirement:

• Full knowledge of advanced MS Office..
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports/delivery sent.
• Proficient with Excel Formulas such as Pivot Table, V-lookup, H-lookup, Conditional formatting,
Count IF, Sum IF, logical functions, Statistical functions, and other basic formulas, etc.

• Assist with the management of daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operations
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Shrinkage, SLA, KRA,KPI etc.

Note: Basic knowledge of CRM systems will be an extra advantage.
