Job Summary:
Neuberg Diagnostics is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment process for top managerial positions. Candidates with experience in recruiting senior roles, preferably in the hospitality or diagnostics sectors, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for managerial and senior roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Ensure a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience.

Skills & Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in recruiting top managerial roles.
• Experience in the hospitality or diagnostics domain is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have an MBA in HR.
