Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications.
• Architect and build microservices using Spring Boot and other Java frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement AWS-based solutions to ensure cloud scalability, availability, and performance.
• Optimize application performance and ensure the security of back-end systems.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.
• Manage software development life cycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term fixes.

Key Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in Java (8+), with deep understanding of object-oriented principles.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices development.
• Solid experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and RDS.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization strategies.
• Proficiency in database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to lead a team, manage projects, and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
