Job Responsibilities

•Assess the developmental needs of the organization

•Deliver all employee on-boarding

- Design and deliver high-quality workshops for new hire orientations, values and culture-building and ethics

• Handle Employee Grievances
• Manage NABH Policies & Manual
• Tie up and manage content and facilitation partners -Research, assess and empanel a network of exceptional content design and training partners for the organization.
• Manage MIS of Employee Database, Full and Final, Leave and Resignation tracker
• Payroll Management
• Employee File Management Complete all managerial responsibilities towards staff

Preferred candidate profile -

Graduate/ MBA from recognized institution with more than 5 years of experience (desired).

Proven work experience in HR Operations

Good Knowledge of Payroll

Excellent Analytical and Decision making ability
