Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening: Identify and attract top IT talent through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients or hiring managers to understand job requirements, business needs, and technical qualifications.
Job Posting: Draft and post job description
s on various platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
Coordination: Schedule interviews, negotiate salaries/rates, and manage candidate pipelines.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on US hiring trends, IT technologies, and visa/work authorization types (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, US Citizen).
Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and prepare periodic reports for stakeholders.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure successful placements and satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a US IT Recruiter.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT terminologies, job roles (e.g., Java Developer, Data Analyst, Cloud Engineer), and trending technologies.
ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
Sourcing Expertise: Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation: Skilled in salary discussions, rate negotiations, and candidate offer management.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple requisitions.
Visa Knowledge: Understanding of US work authorizations and related processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
Certifications in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) are a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced staffing environment.
