We are looking for a Quality Analyst (IT) to join our team and help with software testing products to meet our organizations quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of websites and web applications.
• Developing and implementing test plans.
• Reviewing and approving test results.
• Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
• Investigating customer’s complaints and issues.
• Working closely with the product team on the design and development of new features

Required Skills:

• Bachelor/ Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent ( B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA ) with at least 75% Marks throughout.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to interact with the US based customers.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and always in search of continuous improvement.
