Manage and maintain the general ledger for US entities.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely reconciliation.
Review invoices and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Tax Compliance
Support preparation of US tax filings (federal, state, and local).
Collaborate with tax consultants to ensure compliance with US tax laws.
Budgeting and Forecasting
Assist in creating budgets and forecasts for US operations.
Analyse financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
Audit and Compliance
Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes.
Implement best practices in financial operations and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in US accounting.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar tools.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
