Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI.
Work closely with other departments such as product, sales, and analytics to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with broader company goals.

Provide regular reports to senior leadership on key metrics, campaign performance, and growth initiatives.
Experience in managing ecommerce marketing. Required hands-on experience on ecommerce CMS platforms like Magento, Shopify, WordPress, etc.
What qualifications you will need:
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role. Experience in a high-growth environment or startup is a plus.
Must have work experience in digital Marketing /Ecommerce Agency
Must have exposure to international clients and ecommerce projects
Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns based on results.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads,Facebook Ads, social media, and email marketing.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
