Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the application lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for the application development team.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and architect solutions that meet business needs.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Oversee the development process and ensure adherence to best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the application lifecycle.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application development.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to the development team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems.

Ensure compliance with coding standards and security guidelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP ABAP BOPF.

Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Experience with SAP ABAP development tools and technologies.

Knowledge of SAP HANA database and its integration with ABAP.

Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP code.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 development.

Understanding of SAP modules and integration points.

Solid grasp of object-oriented programming concepts.

Experience with debugging and troubleshooting ABAP programs.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
