Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices (data modeling, security, governance)
Hands-on development experience with Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Visualforce pages, and integrations
Proven experience in Salesforce solution design and architecture
Expertise in Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, third-party systems)
Experience implementing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, etc
)
Proven track record in leading and mentoring technical teams
Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Salesforce deployment strategies and version control
Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Passion for innovation and continuous learning
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, data models, etc
)
Experience optimizing Salesforce performance and troubleshooting complex issues
Salesforce Certification - Admin/Dev-PD1/2 required
