We are seeking a Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle EDM and domain expertise in FP&A and Finance. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively to drive impactful solutions. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EDM solutions to meet business requirements.

Oversee the configuration and management of Oracle EDM WF Approvals to ensure efficient workflow processes.

Provide expertise in Oracle EDM Validation Constraints to maintain data integrity and accuracy.

Implement Oracle EDM for Universal Apps to streamline application integration.

Configure Oracle EDM Policies to enforce compliance and governance standards.

Utilize Oracle EDM Node Type Converter to facilitate data transformation and migration.

Integrate Oracle EDM with ERP GL Cloud to enhance financial reporting capabilities.

Administer Oracle EDM to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Manage Oracle EDM Subscriptions to keep stakeholders informed of data changes.

Implement Oracle EDM for EBS GL to support enterprise-wide financial management.

Define and manage Oracle EDM Properties to standardize data attributes.

Create and maintain Oracle EDM Viewpoints to provide comprehensive data perspectives.

Implement Oracle EDM for EPBCS to support enterprise planning and budgeting.

Ensure Oracle EDM Security to protect sensitive financial data.

Develop Oracle EDM Templates to standardize data entry and processing.

Implement Oracle EDM for FCCS to support financial consolidation and close processes.

Manage Oracle EDM Requests to streamline data change management.

Conduct Oracle EDM Audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Create and manage Oracle EDM Views to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EDM and related technologies.

Demonstrate expertise in Oracle EDM WF Approvals Validation Constraints and Universal Apps.

Have strong experience in configuring Oracle EDM Policies and Node Type Converter.

Show proficiency in integrating Oracle EDM with ERP GL Cloud and EBS GL.

Exhibit strong administrative skills in Oracle EDM including managing subscriptions and properties.

Have experience in implementing Oracle EDM for EPBCS and FCCS.

Demonstrate knowledge of Oracle EDM Security Templates and Requests.

Possess domain expertise in FP&A and Finance.

Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Certifications Required

Oracle EDM Certification (good to have)
