Requirements:

• Experience with working with projects which are deployed to public cloud like Aws or Azure
• Worked on Data analytics services
• Hands on experience in version control tools like Git
• Good to have knowledge of data warehousing concepts – dimensions, facts, schemase
• Develop and optimize data architectures (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes) using modern cloud and on-premises technologies
• Good to have knowledge of AWS databases (at least one) Aurora, RDS, Redshift, ElastiCache, DynamoDB.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and ensure data availability.
• Ensure data quality by implementing processes for data validation, cleansing, and monitoring.

Job Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience, which includes hands-on experience in Big Data technologies.
• Experience analysing data engineering practices within client teams
• Work with cloud technology to develop cloud adoption plans, determine cloud application design, and create systems for managing, monitoring, and maintaining the cloud system.
• Experience providing assessment recommendations to clients on how to improve their data architecture and practices
• Maintain information accuracy and security while initiating bulk data transfers.
• Use prior knowledge and creativity to troubleshoot and solve technical issues as they arise.
• Create data transfer and storage standard operating procedures and policy documentation while adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Keep up to date with developments on current cloud computing solutions and processes.
• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on using and accessing data on the cloud, especially during major transfer, updates, or changes.
• Serve as the cloud architect subject-matter expert for the client team
