We are seeking an Informatica Master Data Management Administrator with a minimum experience of 10 to 12 years in Informatica MDM administration and production support.
Requirements:
Experience with data management, ETL processes and data quality.
Minimum expertise in Informatica MDM On-Premise 10.4 HF, Informatica Data Quality On-Premise and Informatica IDMC Cloud for IICS for Data Integration.
Experience in Installing, configuring, managing and upgrading Informatica MDM components such as Hub, IDD, Services Integration Framework and Web Services etc.
Managing user access and security settings within the MDM environment.
Monitoring system performance and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Providing 24/7 production support to resolve MDM-related incidents and service requests.
Troubleshooting and resolving production issues related to Informatica MDM, ensuring minimal downtime.
Performing root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as DBA, Network, Application Support to resolve complex issues.
Monitoring MDM processes, data loads, and system health using tools like Informatica Monitoring Console.
Implementing patches and updates to ensure the system is up to date.
Executing regular system health checks and audits to ensure system stability.
Participate to change management activities, including the deployment of new releases, patches, and configuration changes.
Perform closely with development teams to implement changes in production following best practices.
Produce reports on system performance, uptime and incidents for management review.
Follow industry best practices in MDM and Informatica administration to optimize system performance and reliability.
