Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. A typical day involves overseeing project progress, collaborating with teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead project planning and execution.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.

Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in IBM Sterling Commerce.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Experience in delivering technology projects.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
