About The Role :
Collaborate with stakeholders to
identify business processes suitable for automation and define automation requirements.
Conduct
process analysis to assess and document workflows, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies for RPA opportunities.
Work with RPA developers to
translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment throughout the project.
Support the
testing and deployment of RPA solutions, ensuring proper functionality and performance post-implementation.
Provide ongoing
support and training to business users, ensuring the efficient use of RPA solutions and continuous improvement.
About The Role : - Grade Specific
Strong understanding of
business process analysis and ability to identify automation opportunities within workflows.
Expertise in
gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for RPA solutions.
Experience with
RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and knowledge of automation best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for
coordinating between stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.
