Job Responsibilities

• Understand the team dynamics well and should be able to work through the deliverables with the team.
• Manage the requirement understanding and backlog readiness gaps between the PO team and the dev team.
• Able to plan the delivery for the sprints and subsequently for the PI.
• Evaluate the technical implementations and work with the architects.
• Should be able to guide the team and achieve delivery in a timebound manner
• Be proactive and raise risks in time for any impact on delivery
• Participate in the team s growth and mentor them.
• Should be able to provide timely feedback and in a constructive manner with the aim of helping the team members achieve the targets.
• Should be a team player and one who can find a common ground for aligning his/ her aspirations with the company objectives
