As an Intelligent Automation CoE Lead, you will be responsible for growing Intelligent Automation business, thought leadership. You will be developing best practices, standards and frameworks for implementing AI led automation solutions for a variety of business tasks using leading AI & Automation platforms. Your job will also include understanding the customers needs and pitching the right solutions & services as appropriate. You will be responsible for collaborating with other solution architects & delivery leads to build advisory and thought leadership PoV on various topics such as AI led automation use cases across various business processes & verticals, NLP & Vision based solution accelerators within automation, cloud native services vs. specialized technologies. You will contribute to pre-sales, technical solutioning, RFI and RFP responses as well as oversee solution delivery. You will build competencies, guide communities on next best technologies and helping them plan next set of solutions and services in their respective technologies to present to customer.

Intelligent Automation CoE Lead at Zensar participates in end to end cycle from opportunity identification to its closure and takes up complete ownerships of proactive pitch, solutioning, PoV building and proposal response.
Anchor response to RFP/RFI/RFQ by working closely with Sales, Delivery & various competencies for preparation & submission. Estimate effort, identify risk and provide technical support whenever needed.
Contribute to SoWs, technical project roadmaps, etc required for successful execution of projects leveraging Technical Scoping & Solutioning approach.
Managing all aspects of technical solutions development and ensure successful project deliveries.
Drive customer conversations and engage in strategic initiatives with senior-level clients including C-Suite executives, build POV for customers & prospects
Keep up-to-date of the current trends and drivers, with proficiency in articulating, economic, technological and business impacts on key business operations
Get trained and certified in various AI & Automation technologies that are leading markets
Work with pre-sales and marketing team to develop collaterals for new Intelligent automation solutions and service offerings and help in brand building initiatives through blogs, whitepapers and other thought leadership initiative

Core Skills:
15+ years of experience in RPA tools, business process analysis, AI and Gen AI including process consulting, Product Management and Business Development.
Should have worked in AI / Automation CoE for minimum 3+ years and should have hands-on experience in complete end to end Automation process life-cycle - from requirements to BOT deployment
Proven solution and architecture experience in UiPath / Power Automate / Automation Anywhere and have broad knowledge of all IPA tool capabilities as well as various new models in the platform like Process Mining, IQ Bot, AARI etc.
Expertise in AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, predictive analytics, and Generative AI is definitely plus
Prior Experience on RFPs, RFQs, estimations and other similar Technical Documentation is must.
RPA professional / Advanced Certification on one or more automation platforms
Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to engage and create rapport and relationship with CIO/CDO/CDAO/CTO
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems, Process minded, Good Presentation and communication skills are essential.
