• Handle end to end sales outbound calls and customer support - existing clients.

• Contact existing customers to inform them about a product or service. • Answer questions about products/Services of the company

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. • Enter and update customer information in the database.

• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

• Keep records of calls &sales and note useful information.

• Fix appointments for field sales executive.

• Resolve customer queries.

• Should be customer centric approach.

• Building relationship with CDs and be a pivot contact for them.

Note: Any other special duties and responsibilities can be assigned by the management.

*6 months to 1year Experience in sales or Insurance.

*Fluent in Marathi.

English preferably.
