Role & responsibilities

Candidate will be hired as unit HR, and will be looking after one of the hospital units.
Reporting to HR Head Corporate office.
Manage the recruitment and HR administration activities for the unit.
Hospital Experience is mandatory
Good Understanding of HR process at the unit level.
Good understanding of Recruitment process at unit level.

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication Skills along with Presentation
Experience of HR in Hospital is mandatory
Confident and go getter attitude.
Good knowledge on excel
Preferable MBA in HR
Good in Time Management and precision to accuracy in the emails shared.
