Role & responsibilities

• Manage scheduling allocations for verifications
• Checking pendencys and accordingly do the follow with the locations
• Organize and prepare for meetings with appropriate data
• Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
• Coordinate with location for the completion of task
• Make MIS, billing and reports for the clients

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent analytical skills
• Must have worked in advance excel and Microsoft office
• Excellent in written and verbal communication
• Coordination skills and should be able to work independently
• Attention to details
• Academics: Batchelors degree in any stream
• Experience: Freshers / Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service in BPO Telecom or any industry non voice process
