REAL-TIME ANALYST

Skill Set

• - Ability to present oneself as positive, polite, and professional

Technical Skills

• - Demonstrates end to end understanding of forecasting and scheduling
• - Technical functional knowledge advanced technology savviness and adept in adapting to any changes in tools and processes, including Aspect

Competencies / Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that workforce is staffed optimally by creating forecast and staffing models
• - Monitor request queues on a real-time basis and ensure adherence to the planned and
• prepared schedules based on volume forecast
• - Monitor SLAs and initiate contingency
• - Makes data-supported recommendations
• - Builds effective working relationships with internal and external clients/customers
• - Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Other Requirements / Qualifications

• College Graduate with a four year Bachelors degree
• - Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• - Contact center scheduling experience preferred
• - Strong quantitative and technical aptitude
• - Detail oriented - high emphasis on quality/quantity balance
• - Able to interact and negotiate with all levels of management
• Ability to work independently - time management skills; Flexibility and adaptability -required

Preferred Qualifications: Any Graduate
