Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job description

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview feedback.
Assist in the creation of recruitment materials and job postings.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its opportunities.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interest in IT and technology-related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
