PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The PMO will provide support on Planning, coordinating and directing as per business expectation on growing in capability and capacity by introduction of new ways of working, expertise, coaching, and implementation of effective monitoring tools.
Interpreting briefs and developing data reports to meet all specifications and requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Making various MIS Billing Reports of collated data
Provide support and analysis for workforce reporting tools.
Support management with adhoc analysis as and when required
Meticulously working on the data collated from various sources of department and preparing comprehensive reports
Ensuring the precision of the reports
Preparing Delivery Files
Extensive work on Excel, WORD, PPT
EDUCATION & Experience:
Candidate should have at least 6-8 years of post-qualification experience with exposure to the IT industry
Certification in MIS (preferred Excel) would be an advantage
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Proficient in MS Suite (version 16 & 19)
Assisting with preparation of executive reports for senior management
Should be able to communicate clearly with cross teams in the project
Should be a good team player, results-oriented and a quick learner with an aptitude to pick up things fast
Must be dynamic with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude
Be a point of reference for numerous groups concerning revenue, flows and balance reporting matters
Provide assessments of Change Requests after investigation by the team
During Implementation & Audit, participate in the planning activities
Maintaining a data library of required deliverables best practices and lessons learned
Collating, reviewing and summarizing reporting
Must be able to interact with business stakeholders *
