Mentor and guide a team of Python Developers working in developer experience team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Lead the design and implementation of Python best practices, CI/CD pipelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding team initiatives and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in development and operational processes.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible etc.

Must Have Skills:

8+ years of experience in Software Development with atleast 5+ years in Python.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Some experience or understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible would be good to have.
Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Good to have.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a distributed system environment.
