We are hiring for Application Support (Banking Domain) for Mumbai location.
Immediate joiner are Preferred job description
s as mentioned below:- 1.
1 -2 years of experience in Application Support Banking Domain 2.
Logging of new incident tickets service requests in IT helpdesk tool for issues reported through call or email 3.
First Point of Contact and entry point for Business Users Incidents and Service Requests 4.
Monitoring of mass incident tickets and re-prioritization/logging of incident tickets if required 5.
Seamless Coordination with Incident & Problem Management Teams 6.
Knowledge about Linux SQL 7.
Knowledge of Month end and year end activities 8.
Work experience of Finance Domain.
