This team focuses on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are looking for hands-on engineers with expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in all areas of software engineering: distributed systems, identity, security, observability, and user experience. This is a greenfield opportunity to design and build new cloud centric applications from the ground up. We are growing fast, still at an early stage, and working on ambitious new initiatives. Career Level - M3

As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience of growing and leading successful teams


• 5+ years of experience leading and successfully delivering large and complex technical projects from concept to production


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
