Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to international clients.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via chat platform.
Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
Diagnose and troubleshoot various complex technical issues, using the available knowledge articles and framework abiding by the clients policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in non-voice processes such as technical support or customer service.
Strong communication skills in English language for effective written correspondence with customers.
Willing to work 24/7 with rotational off's ( US Shifts )
