REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of exp. Nintex K2 + SharePoint Developer
• Design, develop, and maintain workflows and process automation solutions using K2 Five (On-Premise) and K2 Cloud platforms.
• Create and customize SmartForms, SmartObjects, and workflows to meet business requirements and enhance automation capabilities.
• Integrate K2 workflows and applications with SharePoint for streamlined collaboration and process efficiency.
• Modernize and standardize legacy K2 SmartForms and workflows to align with the latest business needs and design systems.
• Develop and optimize database structures and queries in SQL Server to support K2 workflows and SharePoint integrations.
• Manage and maintain K2 environments, including handling upgrades, migrations (e.g., from K2 On-Premise to K2 Cloud), and deployments using K2 tools like the Package and Deployment Tool.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workflows, forms, and integrations with K2 and SharePoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate them into functional workflows and applications.
• Document workflows, technical designs, and user guides to support end-users and other teams.
• Support testing efforts, user training, and post-implementation support for K2 and SharePoint solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hands-on experience in K2 Five and K2 Cloud for designing, building, and maintaining workflows and forms.
• Strong expertise in integrating K2 workflows and SmartForms with SharePoint On-Premise (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online.
• Solid understanding of workflow automation, process optimization, and lifecycle management for business applications.
• Proficiency in SQL Server for creating and optimizing database objects like tables, views, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Knowledge of .NET (C#), JavaScript, HTML, and REST APIs for building advanced customizations and integrations.
• Experience with K2 system management, including performance tuning, role-based access controls, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with deployment processes across environments using K2 tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize existing K2 and SharePoint solutions.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
