Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Lead Solution Architect (LSA)

LSA role is a combination of excellent Solutioning mindset combining business requirements and tech feasibility, good commercial sense, innovative thinking, and excellent senior leadership/customer facing skills (executive presence, ability to listen and address specific problems, articulate acceptable and reasonable solutions, etc.). The role also involves estimation and negotiation with business and IT to lead an idea or feature from initial stages to solution agreement deal and then handover to the respective delivery team for execution.
The role directly contributes to Genpacts priority to strengthen the infinity loop between Delivery and Transformation. LSA will string design and solution across 5 modules shown above and build relevant horizontal capabilities for modules to leverage, driving excellent user experience.
Responsibilities Bring industry knowledge, world-class capabilities, innovation, standardized processes, and innovative technology to solutions.
Own the overall solution design while working with various workstream leads from the Sales, Functional SMEs, Digital Tech - AI and Operations
Lead cross-functional discussions to discuss and design the final solution.
Ability to bring in strategic thinking on AI / ML / Gen AI led solutions including leveraging the partner ecosystem
Work with internal teams to build the solution proposal and present to senior leadership
Be aware of market trends/changes/competitive landscape
Work independently in a cross-cultural environment, panning different time zones
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- F&A background/domain
- Excellent communication verbal and written
Good presentation skills
Consultative selling
Creative thinking/innovative mindset
Commercially Savvy
Exposure to BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry/F & A domain with relevant work experience
Prior experience in creating and executing digital solutions
AWS / Service Now / Power BI knowledge
Preferred qualifications Chartered Accountant / CPA / CFA or equivalent
Strategic partnering roles
Prior experience in building apps in a BPO tech environment and business landscape
