We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as a Metro Station Kiosk Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting our kiosk at the metro station. Address their queries in a clear and professional manner.
• Information Collection: Collect clients' names and contact numbers and promptly share this information with the sales team on the floor.
• Follow-Up: Take responsibility for following up with potential clients regarding account opening and driving business opportunities.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Working Conditions:

• Physical Presence: The role requires physical presence at the metro station kiosk during assigned hours.
• Hours: 9am -6pm
