Role & Responsibilities:

• Generating new sales lead Generation to opportunity Creation to closure to Generate Profitable Revenue from Net New / Up-sell,Cross- Sell & renewal activities through online and in person Meetings
• Achieve Sales targets on Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Basis
• Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand business in the assigned Geography/ Vertical/ Industry, along with growth through Account expansion
• Work with cross-functional teams/solutions/purchase/marketing for new business opportunities
• Collect invoices/ payments on time meeting with Clients
• 20% Travel preferred candidate profile Need
• Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams.
• Good to have experience in selling IT services responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training and enablement.
• Leadership Skills: proven record of being a team player, speaking binary [precise, concise choice of words] and work in uncertain business environment. Leadership is a behavior and not a formal role in this JD.
