What you get to do in this role: Aligned to several EMEA regions and territories, the Deal Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the field Sales teams throughout the end-to-end deal cycle. Key responsibilities include: - Support the review and validation of Quotes and Order Forms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal commercial policies. To be successful in this role you have:
- Ensure all deal-related documentation and approvals are aligned with internal policies and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and others, to gather necessary approvals and ensure smooth deal progression.
- Work closely with Order Management to ensure that booked sales opportunities are accurately reflected in the ServiceNow CRM system.
- Assist sales teams in their forecasting process, attend regional forecast calls, and help ensure forecast accuracy.
