What Youll Do:
Design, Analyze, and Develop Projects: Dive head-first into designing, analyzing, and developing projects.
Transform Global Requirements: Refine our Workday platform to meet Expedias global requirements.
Hands-On Work: Design, configure, and roll out Workday module changes.
Identify Efficiency Opportunities: Think holistically to identify opportunities around policies and processes to increase efficiency across organizational boundaries.
Whole Systems Approach: Assist with a comprehensive systems approach to analyze issues, ensuring all components (structure, people, process, and technology) are identified and accounted for.
Technical Data Analysis: Research and analyze complex technical data using statistical methods.
System and Integration Solutions: Join our cross-functional team to tackle system and integration issues and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with Teams: Engage with Developers, Product Managers, Tech Experts, and Support Engineers to bring tech dreams to life.
Support Project Management: Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery of committed work by providing technical suggestions, estimating required effort, identifying risks and dependencies, and addressing impediments.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Proactively reach out to peers across the environment to collaborate and solve problems.
Craft Runbooks: Create detailed runbooks, essentially a tech recipe book for system TLC.
Who You Are:
Experienced in Workday: Experienced in configuring Workday HCM, Security, Compensation, Time & Absence, or any additional module for about 3-4 years.
Report and Dashboard Creation: Skilled in crafting detailed Workday reports and dashboards.
Workday Pro Certified: Holds a Workday/Workday Pro HCM, Compensation, or Time & Absence certification (or has equivalent experience).
Strong Communicator: Possesses excellent communication skills.
Automation and Integration Enthusiast: Keen on pursuing automation and data integration opportunities.
Educational Background: Holds a Bachelors or Masters degree in information science, computer science, business, or has equivalent real-world experience.
Stakeholder Coordination: Helps coordinate stakeholder input and collaboration efforts when developing solutions to issues.
Policy and Process Understanding: Understands the importance of standardizing policies and processes and when they need to vary across the organization.
Agile Methodology: Has a good understanding of Agile Methodology, Software Development Lifecycle, SOX Compliance, and experience with tools like Jira & ServiceNow.
