• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.(Preferably MBA in HR).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year Experienced in BPO/Volume hiring (End To End recruitment).
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of BPO roles and requirements and hands on experience on Bulk/Volume.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Cold calling experience.
