Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy Development
Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
On-Page Optimization
Optimize meta tags, headers, URLs, and other website elements for better rankings.
Ensure website structure and content are user-friendly and search engine optimized.
Off-Page Optimization
Build and manage a strong backlink profile using ethical link-building practices.
Establish partnerships with relevant websites and influencers to improve authority.
Technical SEO
Perform regular technical audits to ensure website performance, crawlability, and mobile responsiveness.
Collaborate with developers to fix technical SEO issues and implement improvements.
Content Collaboration
Work with the content team to create SEO-friendly, engaging content.
Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Performance Tracking and Analysis
Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track website performance.
Generate detailed reports on traffic, rankings, and other key metrics.
Identify and resolve traffic or ranking issues proactively.
Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Develop and implement social media strategies to complement SEO efforts.
Optimize social media profiles and content to improve visibility and engagement.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and algorithms to enhance platform performance.
Collaborate with the social media team to create campaigns that drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
Industry Trends Monitoring
Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
Explore and implement new tools, techniques, and SEO best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or dynamic environment.
Expertise with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
Experience with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
