Required Skills and Qualifications

Java Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of core and advanced Java programming concepts.
• Ability to implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with frontend systems.
• Familiarity with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate) is a plus.
• Advanced expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and related technologies.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Podman) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift).

Oracle Database Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle Database administration, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Oracle RAC and backup/recovery tools like RMAN.
• Ability to develop efficient database queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

Tools & Platforms:

• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and version control strategies.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization skills.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and propose efficient solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• RHCA certification with expertise in Ansible, DevOps, or OpenStack is an advantage.
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or Shell scripting.
