Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and timelines of data entry operations.
• Lead a team of data entry specialists, providing guidance, training, and support
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the data entry team
• Plan work, set priorities, and assign work to staff
• Review work procedures and recommend changes to make them more time and cost efficient
• Identify and resolve data quality issues or errors
• Ensure that the data entry team complies with company policies, procedures, and data entry standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Good Knowledge and hands on experience on MIS
• Experience in team handling and Quality assurance
• Assist in the implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support of the team
