We are seeking an experienced Analytics Resource to support our Risk Analytics and Covenant Monitoring team in the Commercial Credit space. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in automation tools, and a solid background in banking. This role involves managing and mentoring junior team members while ensuring effective communication and presentation of analytical findings.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Risk analytics and Covenant monitoring for commercial credit portfolios.Automate reporting and analysis processes using Excel, VBA, and other tools.Utilize SAS and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.Lead projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.Mentor and manage junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.Create and present comprehensive decks to stakeholders, summarizing insights and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk analytics and commercial credit.Skills Required:Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and VBA.Advanced Excel skills, particularly in automation and data analysis.Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to create impactful presentations and decks.Banking exposure, particularly in risk analytics and credit assessment.8-10 years of relevant experience in Analytics and Risk Management.Knowledge of the below would be added advantage.Commercial Lending Domain KnowledgeFinance and Accounting conceptsJava CodingHTML
