What Youll Do

You will be reporting to the Manager- Professional Services. You will work from the Pune office.

You will oversee the implementation of detailed technology solutions for clients using company products, outsourced solutions, or proprietary tools and techniques. Responsibilities include defining client needs, developing proposals to meet those needs, and overseeing the complete project implementation. It involves selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure efficient operations. As part of the Avalara Implementation team, the goal is to provide world-class service to customers, adhering to the cult of the customerphilosophy to increase customer satisfaction. The role also involves creating and implementing customer-centric processes and workflows, meeting prescribed metrics goals, and fostering accountability, growth, and positive employee morale. Additionally, you will focus on New Product Introductions and customer onboarding.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Lead and coordinate multiple client implementations, ensuring customer requirements are defined and met.
• Implement EDI and e-Invoicing solutions, create workflows, mappings, connections, and coordinate end-to-end tests.
• Monitor and report project metrics, providing clear updates and status.
• Develop and document business process, data transformation, and reporting requirements.
• Assist clients in developing and executing testing plans and procedures.
• Train clients on Avalara products and services, including ERP and e-commerce integrations (AvaTax connectors).
• Demo sales and use tax products, including custom software applications.
• Take ownership of technical issues from initial report to resolution, support customers, track issues, monitor changes, and escalate problems.
• Provide training and end-user support during onboarding and create documentation of new resources.

What Youll Need to be Successful

• Bachelors degree (BCA, MCA, B.Tech, B.E)
• 1-3 years of software implementation within the B2B sector
• Any ERP implementation experience
