Responsibilities:

• Support all declarative Salesforce development
• Manage new feature documentation, communication, and end user rollout
• Solid understanding of how to map business processes within Salesforce.com
• Ability to identify opportunities to build and enhance Flows
• Manage migration from profiles to permission sets
• Manage project to reduce admin tech debt and establish data quality standards
• Create data governance framework for data documentation and cleanup
• Provide backup support for Administrator Case process
