We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 6 to 10 years of experience in React JS Spring Boot Java and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using React JS Spring Boot Java and JavaScript.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.

Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Help maintain code quality organization and automation.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.

Write and maintain technical documentation for software applications.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.

Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Implement security and data protection measures in software applications.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of React JS Spring Boot Java and JavaScript.

Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining complex software applications.

Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug issues.

Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
